💥 Want to Be a Junior Leader? Here’s the Deal:
At Marlow’s Best, we believe any kid with a great attitude can be a leader. If you’re the kind of person who likes to help others, make good choices, and lead by example, this program is for YOU.
🌟 What Do Junior Leaders Do?
Junior Leaders get to take on cool roles that help the whole group. You might help set up games, welcome new kids, or encourage others during activities. We switch things up every week or two so you can try different responsibilities and build your leadership superpowers.
đź§ What Will You Learn?
We’ll have monthly (and sometimes surprise!) trainings where you’ll learn stuff like:
How to lead with kindness and respect
What it means to be a great role model
How to handle problems and stay safe
Ways to support the staff and lift others up
🏅 How Do We Celebrate You?
You’ll earn awesome stuff like:
A Junior Leader badge or lanyard
Punch cards or star charts for each week you lead
Special shoutouts like “Leader of the Month”
End-of-season pizza parties and celebrations 🎉
The Junior Leaders Roles
âś… Safety Officer (Van Buddy)
Help with check-in and check-out on the van
Ensure seatbelts are buckled and students are calm
Assist staff with headcounts and quiet transitions
📍 Check-In Captain
Greet kids as they arrive
Help manage check-in sheets or tablets
Alert staff to anything unusual or if a student needs support
🎒 Backpack Monitor
Keep backpack area organized
Remind friends to zip and label their items
Help return lost or forgotten belongings
đź§ą Clean-Up Crew Chief
Lead clean-up tasks at the end of each day
Delegate mini-tasks like trash pickup, table wipe-down, etc.
Encourage pride in keeping our space clean
🎉 Kindness Ambassador
 Invite others to join in games or conversations
Help solve small conflicts peacefully
Celebrate classmates’ kindness and effort
🎤 Daily Announcer
Lead afternoon announcements or transitions
Share fun facts, jokes, or daily inspiration
Remind kids about upcoming events
🏅 Game Crew Captain
Help set up equipment for games or activities
Demonstrate rules with the coach
Encourage fair play and teamwork

Greet parents at pick-up with a smile
Help younger students gather belongings
Politely direct parent questions to a coach

Wait for approval + your invite to the next training!
