Junior Leadership Program

💥 Want to Be a Junior Leader? Here’s the Deal:

At Marlow’s Best, we believe any kid with a great attitude can be a leader. If you’re the kind of person who likes to help others, make good choices, and lead by example, this program is for YOU.

🌟 What Do Junior Leaders Do?

Junior Leaders get to take on cool roles that help the whole group. You might help set up games, welcome new kids, or encourage others during activities. We switch things up every week or two so you can try different responsibilities and build your leadership superpowers.

🧠 What Will You Learn?

We’ll have monthly (and sometimes surprise!) trainings where you’ll learn stuff like:

  • How to lead with kindness and respect

  • What it means to be a great role model

  • How to handle problems and stay safe

  • Ways to support the staff and lift others up

🏅 How Do We Celebrate You?

You’ll earn awesome stuff like:

  • A Junior Leader badge or lanyard

  • Punch cards or star charts for each week you lead

  • Special shoutouts like “Leader of the Month”

  • End-of-season pizza parties and celebrations 🎉
